In 1983, R. John Wright created a special set of "Babes In Toyland" limited to only 50 sets, they were an instant sell out. Forty years later these delightful children have been recreated in a diminutive 6 1/2" cabinet size.
Dressed in snug wool felt jammies our little twins are all set to discover the wonders of Christmas morning.
Both dolls are artfully molded felt pieces with five way ball and socket jointing. Each doll is realistically hand painted and has a styled mohair wig.
Rosemary wears a cozy nightgown and quilted slippers. She holds a tiny 2" felt doll complete with gingham dress, poke bonnet and batiste slip and pantaloons.
Timothy wears felt footsie pajamas with quilted details and a drop seat. His 2 1/2" fully jointed classic teddy keeps him company.
