It has a dark blue belt and a white and pale blue cotton bodice with a hand embroidered red flag at the neckline. The dress closes up the back with tiny buttons. The lined jacket has a sailor collar with white trimming, 2 rows of tiny white buttons and white trim at the sleeves. It is topped by the matching hat in navy blue with white trim and a white cord embroidered rosette with red beading in the center.
